My policy is to refrain from “following” or “liking” something on FB, because doing so generates messages to my FB friends, which may not be wanted. The deluge of posts, messages, pop-ups and the like is increasingly irritating. I do not wish to make the internet my world. That said, I read your newsletter religiously, and consider you a valuable source of information for living a life outside mainstream medicine.
