Most interesting & knowledgeable site to read for advice.

    Thank you.

My policy is to refrain from “following” or “liking” something on FB, because doing so generates messages to my FB friends, which may not be wanted. The deluge of posts, messages, pop-ups and the like is increasingly irritating. I do not wish to make the internet my world. That said, I read your newsletter religiously, and consider you a valuable source of information for living a life outside mainstream medicine.

This website really has all the information I wanted about this subject and didn’t know who to ask.

I do look forward to all your communications and weigh things carefully for how they would
affect me. I am not on Facebook.
Although I dislike not getting info. that could benefit either
my family, friends or myself, I am not tempted to be on it.

Thank you for all your hard work.

I am not on facebook either; and though it pains me to think of missing something important, that still does not pique my interest in joining that social media. I have heard it said the owner is not to be trusted, and in this day and age, why invite another invasion of privacy?
