    I’m an entomologist and immunologist who has the misfortune of having severe allergic reactions to bed bugs. I found out that bed bugs got into my apartment less than 2 weeks ago when I developed really strong reactions. I had to hire a trained dog and it confirmed that I have bed bugs although I haven’t seen one in my apartment yet. As a scientist I started investigating and it turns out that some bed bugs are even resistant to DDT, so this is not a viable option.

    The program with Dr. Edland was very informative.
    I have been on Zolpiden for many years and it does give me 5 hours of sleep. And yes, I do take a 5 or 10 minute nap when it is possible.
    I have been through a “sleep study” and no, I do not snore and do not need the C cap.
    What is his advice on how to “get off” it?
