Diabetes has reached epidemic levels in the US and many other countries. This disease can shorten lifespan and create many health complications, but the blood sugar disturbance at its root can be managed.
Get details on how to prevent and take control of type 2 diabetes, the most common variety. The emphasis is on non-drug approaches, including exercise, dietary supplements and specific foods that can minimize blood sugar “excursions.”
There are also discussions of the pros and cons of the drugs most often used to treat type 2 diabetes, and a list of medications that can make it more difficult to control blood sugar. Stress, social support and online resources are also addressed.

This report really helped me. I learned about more resources that are helpful through this report.
Very helpful. Concise and full of good information. Not too technical, easy to understand.
This is the third report I ordered in this set. The diabetes report is almost identical to one I ordered for myself last year. It is a very good beginning paper with much of what a diabetic 11 goes through. Again, there were no page numbers. I would recommend it.
Great information! From foods to eat/avoid to drugs that may cause a spike in A1c.
