Very good – if you have adrenal exhaustion, need to address that at the same time, or you’ll have a rebound effect with the drug. Like, excessive fatigue the following day without the medication. I’ve been taking 200mg for about 2 years. It isn’t needed daily, but if you are going to pass out, there is nothing that provigil can do for you.
This I mean driving fatigue. I’ve crashed 2x when driving with provigil. If you are tired sleep, if you are sleepy pull over and nap. Its better that you don’t take chances.
I find the best use is brain fatigue. I am able to focus and study and organize my life better with it.
Definitely helps “waking up” in the morning.
