Headaches: Chocolate Shake for Migraines

Sometimes ice cream or a milk shake can be used to stop a migraine headache in its tracks.

Conventional wisdom has it that people who suffer migraine headaches should avoid chocolate. But a trucker tells us that, for him, a chocolate milk shake eases the pain of a migraine as well as Imitrex does. It works even though it doesn’t give him “brain freeze.”
