Sauerkraut Juice For Canker Sores

 Q. I have read that sauerkraut juice is good for canker sores, but I can't find it in stores. Where can I get it?

A. Many grocery stores carry or will order pure sauerkraut juice. You may have to ask for help to find it, though. An alternative is to buy a can of sauerkraut. Using a spoon, you can push down on the sauerkraut and get enough juice to swish a tablespoon in your mouth twice a day and get rid of canker sores.
