5I think all three formulas work quite well. I prefer the scented, but I think even the men’s scented formula is fine for ladies. My only complaint is waiting for it to dry before dressing;however, this is an acceptable compromise for a natural product that works well.

5My husband and I have been using MOM deodorant, unscented, for a few years now because we develop a rash from other (aluminum containing) deodorants. I’m in my 60s and have pretty dry skin so I don’t take a hot shower every day but do a quick wash up at the sink. BUT I have found that on the days I do take a hot shower that I must apply the MOM deodorant twice before dressing allowing it to dry between first and second applications. If I apply it only once it isn’t effective.

4I love this! It works and doesn’t irritate me at all. The only thing is on a headache day I cannot use the scented. I wonder if there will be a lighter scented one or one without Lavender? On my sensitive days it can be too much. I do like some fragrance.

5I started using this product several months ago and found it to be more effective than the name brands I have used over the years. I have been looking for some time for a product that does not contain aluminum products and I have finally found it. It is a little pricey but well worth the cost as well as the Peace of Mind in that it is a natural product. 5I used the plain first and liked it a lot but ordered the sampler for kicks. I can say I really don’t like the girl version smell and the guy version is okay but just so-so. I think any added scent makes my armpits react poorly which is why I had used Clinique for years.
Initial smell of the scented ones is lovely but I felt that I smelled like a polecat a lot sooner with a scented product so either the scent turns or my body reacts against them: who knows?
The plain has worked great for me!

5I am on my third bottle of MOM after being a traditional aluminum antiperspirant user for 35 years. I tried the crystal deodorant but I could smell myself. Not acceptable. This deodorant does work for me even through indoor workouts and outside activities. Also note: I live in PHOENIX- the sweat capital of the US!! I stand in front of a fan or use my hairdryer to dry my pits before dressing. Its worth is. I have quit asking my husband if I stink. The answer was always ‘no’.

5I have used this product for years now. Thank you for coming out with the men’s version because I like the smell so much more than the women’s scent. To me, an antiperspirant that doesn’t come off in the shower, is a problem for bacteria. This product comes off clean and gives me the benefits of magnesium. Since I have been using this, I no longer have any issues with constant ingrown hairs.
P.S. if you want to make more scents, that would be wonderful!

Tips to help MoM deodorant dry quickly without white residue

5I like using aluminum-free unscented MoM deodorant. People have commented on how long it takes to dry or that it leaves a white residue. I have found a remedy by following these steps: 1) First, I use the applicator to roll on the deodorant; 2) then I use my hands to smooth it on (may gently message it in) and pat it partially dry. The deodorant is easy to wash off my hands, and I think it’s well worth it to save exponentially on drying time! Even though I can still perspire while going for walks on hot days, the MoM has worked well to prevent odor.

4I have used deodorant stones for the past 30 years with mediocre results. After reading such positive reviews for MOM I thought I would give the unscented version a try. This product works very well for me even under the most trying conditions. The only drawback is that it rolls on wet and leaves a white residue on the underarm area of my blouse. So I just wait a few minutes for it to dry before getting dressed. Still love this product!

4We’ve been using this product for a couple of years now. It does a pretty good job at minimizing sweat and odor, even in south Florida where we live. On occasion we use regular deodorant when we anticipate being out in the summer heat for prolonged periods, but for every day use, we use this product with confidence. 5I really enjoy all three of these and their different scents. It surprised me how well they work. I apply as soon as I get out of the shower and let it dry before getting dressed. Sometimes it dries visibly white on my skin, but I can just rub it off easily. It doesn’t always last all day, but since they’re small, I keep one in my purse for reapplying any time. These have really helped me keep my underarm odor under control.

4I was skeptical of it working and concerned I wouldn’t like the ‘floral’ scent for women…. I bought the sampler pack and honestly would wear either the women’s OR men’s scents. The men’s is best described as a fresh scent that anyone could wear. So far, I feel clean and confident wearing it. It is wet going on, but I use my blow dryer to dry my underarms before getting dressed, and that works just fine. As for controlling body odor through heavy sweating, time will tell. Haven’t been through a major heat wave yet, so we’ll see, but I’m delighted with it so far. Definitely try it.

4I have been using the unscented MoM deodorant for about a year now and have really liked it, so I decided to try the sampler. I used the women’s a few times, and even though it didn’t smell bad when I took the top off, it had an overpowering smell that lingered all day when I used it. At first I thought what I was smelling was the topical pain reliever spray I was using on my bad knee, but then realized it was the women’s deodorant. It must have reacted badly with my body chemistry, but it smelled very strongly of mentholated day long. I liked the men’s better, but will stick with the unscented.

4I have ordered this several times and I like it. I recently ordered the sample deodorants (no scent, women’s light scent, and men’s scent). I have sent you a couple of emails before to let you know the labels were wrong on the men’s deodorant and the women’s lightly scented. I KNOW the difference. I was hoping after sending you the first email to let you know about the mislabeling of these deodorants that I would at least hear back and say you are sorry that I received mislabeled deodorants…. but I have yet to hear from you. I do like the light scented women’s (which is labeled as the men’s) and the unscented (which I have ordered several times) – but I have to remember when I put on the deodorant not to pick up the wrong deodorant. 4For years I’ve been trying different aluminum free deodorants with no success and finally realized I had an allergy to baking soda… the main ingredient in so many natural deodorants. This is the first natural formula I’ve tried that doesn’t contain baking soda and I really love it. It’s not perfect but it’s so much better than any others I’ve tried (read: probably every mainstream and a few off the beaten path brands out there). 5I have found any commercial deodorants were never effective for me, they always just masked odor that would still get pretty bad within a few hours. I always had to resort to aluminum antiperspirants for any decent odor control. However MOM is surprisingly effective. It controls my underarm odor really well for close to 24 hours, which gets me odor free from shower to shower. 4I have already been using the unscented formula prior to my three pack purchase. This deodorant works quite well, but it isn’t antiperspirant either. I think it works much better than Tom’s or any other natural deodorant that I have tried. I work out at a gym hard almost every day. If I apply it heavily before a workout it will hold down odor sufficiently. I find that I need to apply it in the morning and before bed though. I really like it for everyday use but I choose to use anti-perspirant if I am wearing cashmere to cut down on laundry.
I personally don’t care for the ladies scented formula. The smell is a bit strong and reminds me of 70’s hippy perfume or patchouli even though it isn’t listed as an ingredient. I do like the men’s formula and will likely use it if my husband doesn’t take a liking to it. Unscented is still my preference.

4Don’t know how seriously to take the aluminum warnings, but my mother and grandmother each died of Alzheimer’s, and it’s not a good process, so the product is in accord with my philosophy: if safety is free, take it.
The product works for me. It’s not as easy to apply as the stick deodorants I previously used, but it qualifies as free safety in my book.

4I have used MOM for a couple of years, and have chosen the unscented. As I have written in a review before, it works as a daily deodorant, but not in situations where it is hot, or I am physically active. I don’t use it if I am going to be out all day visiting or running errands (not frequently as I work from home.) My go-to for that is Secret.
That said, I ordered the Sampler pack as I wanted my husband to try it. I grabbed the scented for women when my unscented ran out. It made all the difference in the world. The scent is pleasant, but it masks body odor under all circumstances (thus far.) I’m very pleased with this discovery! Maybe it will help someone else.

I need to use it every day, and put it on long before I dress so it’s completely dry, but it’s been working well for me. 3I used the deodorants and they seem to work okay, but then again, it is fall (almost winter) so it remains to be seen how they’ll work in the summer. I really wish you could find a way to make an antiperspirant/deodorant so one doesn’t have to worry about perspiration. My husband doesn’t care for this product at all and says it doesn’t help him.
I agree with a former comment that says to be wary of putting clothes on until this deodorant has dried thoroughly. It definitely will leave white residue on clothing if you put clothes on before it has dried.

5Works as well as other deodorants without the nasty chemicals for at least a day and if you’re not doing sports, can last a second day. I wouldn’t push it, though, in the hot humid climates. While I prefer the scent less ones, I did try the women’s which was fairly pleasant and the men’s is rather overpowering at least on me, a woman. I will give it to my adult son for his input.
Because this goes on wet, you should wait to put your top on until it dries. A white residue will be left on your shirts, blouses if you put them on while still wet. If I roll it on after a shower at night, it’s still effective the next day.
Glad I found this and will stick with the unscented.

3To be honest, I’d have to give it a mixed review. My husband likes it, but I definitely do not care for the women’s scented one. The scent is not at all what I would expect for a woman product. My husband said he would use it. I also had a little bit of odor when using it, just under one arm, but not something I expected at all. Again, my husband liked it a lot, so I guess it’s a personal preference issue for the most part.

1The product does not work for me. I am a 75 year old male and have been unable to us the aluminum product for many years…..irritation and discomfort and they don’t help with perspiration.
I tried your product and have the same results. The first day I used it I had irritation for the next 3 days. I discontinued the the discomfort went away. I thought it was the answer to my prayers, but no such luck.
