She is also an Assistant Professor, Departments of Medicine and Health Care Sciences at The George Washington University School of Medicine, Washington, D.C. Harold Koenig, MD, is Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Director, Center for the Study of Religion/Spirituality and Health at Duke University.
