4I began having migraines about 5 years ago. When I feel one coming on, I rub a small amount of Vick’s on my temple, and it really helps. I also use it for small cuts and as an old school remedy for a stuffy nose. Kind of comforting to be successfully using a product that my mother would use on me some 50 years ago!
