I had same problem as the couple using Zolpidem. My doctor found 31 pharmaceutical mfgr's. who make this drug. Drugs from Horder, Forrest & Sandoz didn't work for me but those from Israeli Mega firm, TEVA, work very well. My Zolpidem Protocol: Do not eat anything for 4 hrs. before taking drug; During this period, drink 1 pt. of water, 1/2 immediately after eating supper; Drink 6 oz. water when taking drug. Zolpidem works to help you fall asleep, but not to sleep for longer periods. PH
