I was just told I have Macular Degeneration in one eye. The eye vitamins my Dr told me to buy are over the counter. They have beta carotene in them. Since I was a smoker about 20 yrs ago, I understand I shouldn't take vitamin A. Is there anything else I can buy to help stop the progression on the macular degeneration?
Thank you, Liz
