I find that stinging nettle capsules really help to control my allergies. I am not severely affected so one capsule a day does the trick. ~ Cindy

I have had allergies all my life, sometimes very severe. In the last year, on the advice of a nutritionist, I have eliminated dairy products from my diet and have noticed that my allergies have almost disappeared. I still get a slight reaction, but it is hardly noticeable.

Excellent advice. I have used something similar to the saline solution and also use Claritin. They work great.

Having had no allergies to speak of, at 49, I had developed all the symptoms of hayfever. Was advised I take a heaping tablespoon of raw local honey every day. I was relieved in a weeks time. Four years allergy free, and such an inexpensive remedy!
