If you tried a home remedy and it worked for you, or you enjoyed a radio show, or you thought an article was helpful, click "thumbs up." If the remedy didn't work, you didn't enjoy the radio show, or the article wasn't helpful, click "thumbs down." You can look at an article's voting record to see what other readers found useful.
We hope you'll try it out by voting on your most and least favorite articles on PeoplesPharmacy.com. And let us know if you have any suggestions for improvement!

I am a 64-year old man and read the article on beet juice for blood pressure. The article did not specify the amount to use but I decided to use about 6oz every morning and my blood pressure has improved.
While my readings have been inconsistent - not uncommon for blood pressure - yesterday's reading of 117/76 was very encouraging. The previous week it was 132/85.

Could you put the percentage or number of up versus down votes on each article please. I know what I think, but it would be useful to see how others voted. Sometimes that makes me reread an article to see what I may have missed. Thanks.
The percentage of up/down votes is displayed: where it says "Was this information helpful? 100% said yes! (13 votes)" that means that 13 people voted and all of them voted thumbs up. Hope that helps!
I feel you do a great job with giving us the latest in the medical field. I
don't subscribe to any nursing articles(I don't have time to read them)-I am an RN working in Home Health. I share this info with others and have found many of the peoples home remedies interesting and your advise and re- search along with the many people you have on your program. You get my up vote. Thanks
I am seeking a generic or comparable drug to Elmiron due to the Cost. Can you recommend anything, or do I need to order my drug from another country?
