Tea drinkers have been getting good news the last several years. Some studies suggest that tea may have heart-healthy compounds. Now research from southern China demonstrates that tea drinkers have a reduced risk of experiencing a stroke. People who consumed at least one cup of tea a week over three decades cut their stroke risk by 60 percent. Those who drank oolong or green tea daily reduced their risk by over 70 percent. You see there is knowledge to be found in the masses. A billion Chinese going back thousands of years can't be all wrong.
I have been drinking the green tea with citrus and it has helped with my leg cramps at night. I will drink more, now I was wondering if the hot green tea is better than the cold.
Thanks
I read somewhere that taking milk in your green tea diminishes the benefits it may have. Is this correct as far as you know?
