I have just recently been "put on" Namenda (about three months ago). My dosage is 10mg 2X/day. My complaint to my neurologist was extreme, long-term (yrs!) dizziness (I have 'MS', among other neuro issues). His placing me on Namenda has resulted in an almost-miraculous "right sizing" (ie, REDUCTION!) of said dizziness, and specifically the "g-force feelings" w/in my head.
