I was prescribed Detrol LA for urinary incontinence. I took it for a year. During that time I experienced drowsiness, dizzy spells, forgetfulness, fatigue and lack of energy. Since I was taking other meds, I associated some of this with them.

At my yearly check up, I voiced my concerns to my GYN Dr. She told me to stop taking the Detrol, LA. After about 30 days, it was as though I had come out of the clouds and into the sunlight. I had more energy and clarity of thinking. I felt very foolish because I had not consulted my Dr. before this became so bad. My message to others is this, talk to your Dr. whenever you have problems, possibly with a medicine or your physical well-being. You may save yourself from difficulties with medications!!
