My 2 year old has a red rash on the right and left sides of his mouth. It is a little flaky, doesn't seem to bother him, but won't go away. Told it was eczema, and tried hydrocortisone cream(2.5%). He drinks and eats organic (especially milk) and I keep it clean. Tried vaseline, and vit. E, also aloe. Still persists! Help! Will he just out grow it? Is it the bacteria from his saliva?

Thank you for any ideas on how to clear this up!
