I've tried to find the mixture ratio of Certo and Grape Juice, but all of the links just keep running me in circles! Help!!!

My high blood pressure prevents me from taking anti-inflammatories for arthritis. Degenerative discs present, and constant pain. Certo and grape juice made from purple grapes help tremendously. I no longer measure specifically, and may only take one glass a day. I can tell it if I skip two days, however. Have found cheaper liquid pectin on-line that seems to work fine.
I want to know what is in pectin that could cause a remission in arthritis inflammation?

I read about using Certo (Pectin) in our local newspaper. I bought some for my husband to try, because his rheumatoid arthritis in his right knee was so bad he complained about the pain constantly. He mixes 1/4 cup of Certo in a gallon of kool-aid and drinks one or two glasses a night.
After two or three days of drinking Certo he told me he was pain free. He is forever grateful to me for finding such a solution to his arthritis pain. We have passed this information on to many friends and they all come back to thank me for telling them of such a great pain reliever for arthritis. Thank the "People's Pharmacy" for all the great information people are passing on to other people. We love it !!!
How often do we need to take one tablespoon of Certo with 6oz of grape juice every day?
How long will it take before we see the result?
Could you take grapeseed supplement to get similar benefit? I really do not want the extra calories or sugar that goes along with grape juice. I purchased a box of fruit pectin that contained two packets of liquid pectin in small amount for $3.50. Kinda pricey if you use 1 tbs. every day.
