Why is there no mention of Vitamin D as a way to prevent the common cold? My understanding is that there is a lot of evidence supporting the idea that Vitamin D would qualify as an "ounce of prevention". Would you agree?

PEOPLE'S PHARMACY RESPONSE: NOTHING IS PERFECT, BUT IT DOES SEEM THAT ADEQUATE VITAMIN D HELPS FIGHT OFF RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTIONS.
