Now that I have listened to this again, my question is about wheat/gluten--isn't gluten a protein? How does this figure into the carbohydrate picture? Having removed gluten from my diet, all of the gastro symptoms that had been increasing in my life are gone. So is the brain fog that I didn't realize I was in until it was gone?
Earlier I wrote about not eating wheat, meat and dairy anymore, and what can I do to liven up my seemingly dull fare. I do eat eggs as I own chickens and that seems to be my major source of protein, but how can I get more lively and still avoid the things that make me feel bloated, foggy and listless?
